End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The End Goal LLC ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Product is licensed, not sold. The End Goal LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Product.

3. Commercial Use License

If you wish to use the Product in a commercial capacity (coaching clients, consulting services, corporate training, etc.), you must purchase a separate Commercial License.

Unauthorized commercial use is a material breach of this Agreement and subject to immediate termination and legal action.

4. Updates and Modifications

Licensor may update the Product from time to time. You are entitled to all updates released during your license period at no additional cost.

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5. Restrictions on Transfer

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product.

You may not transfer this license to another person or entity without prior written consent from Licensor.

6. Digital Rights Management

The Product includes digital watermarking and other technological measures to prevent unauthorized use and identify the original purchaser.

You agree not to circumvent, disable, or tamper with any such measures.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

Licensor may terminate this license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement.

Upon Termination, You Must:

• Cease all use of the Product
• Delete all copies from your devices
• Destroy any printed materials

Sections 2, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Licensor Does Not Warrant That:

• The Product will meet your specific requirements
• The Product will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any advice or guidance will achieve specific results

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Exception: Licensor may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations without first going to arbitration.

Waiver of Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Product for any reason.

To Request a Refund:

Upon refund, this license terminates immediately, and you must delete all copies of the Product.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
